The safety of our clients and staff continues to be our top priority, and we’ve adjusted our business practices to follow all recommendations from the CDC and our local government.
Our store is offering safe, contactless delivery for floral designs and gifts, residential services, custom event design, and more throughout our delivery area. Here’s how we’re doing it safely:
- We offer the safest work environment for our team. We’ve established thorough cleaning and disinfection protocols and we are providing protective gear to all employees. Our workspaces respect social distancing guidelines. We are also monitoring all team members' temperatures at the start of each day.
- Meetings and consultations can be held over the phone or via Facetime or Zoom.
- All deliveries are contactless. Our delivery team, outfitted with masks and gloves, will leave gifts at the front door, in the lobby, or in a designated safe place and follow up with an immediate phone call to notify the recipient. If there isn’t a safe place to leave the gift, we will contact the recipient directly to arrange the best way to deliver.
